Eating:
Our
agriturism farm includes a restaurant which opens at the weekend
or on reservation, for both guests staying at Il Belvedere
and tourists passing through. Our cooking is done with great
care utilizing genuine produce from our farm and the locality.
One can enjoy home made pasta, bread baked in our wood fired
oven, ceps, truffles, game, grilled meat, cured meat, traditional
peasant dishes passed down through the generations, and of
course delicious desserts. We use our own olive oil from the
farm and good local wine is served.
